Admissions & Enrollment

Ambassadors Christian School is a small Christian day school located in the Ottawa region. Our school serves students from Senior Kindergarten to grade 8. We aim to provide excellent education that is saturated by the gospel of grace, and to instill in our students a love for learning and a passion for serving others. We believe that every child is uniquely created by God and is full of potential to make a positive impact in God's Kingdom. School Tuition

At Ambassadors Christian School, we strive to make Christian education affordable for families in the Ottawa region. It is the traditional stance in Canadian Reformed Christian schools that family-based tuition best serves the Christian community as we seek to support one another. This approach has long been part of Canadian Reformed school communities and allows us to provide Reformed Christian Christ-centered education while distributing the financial responsibility across the whole community.

The cost of providing Reformed Christian education to each child that attends this school is substantially higher than the amount of tuition fees that we charge. The remaining costs are shared by the broader church community through donations, fundraising, and structured giving commitments. All parents are expected to participate in fund-raising
projects that are required to operate the school.

Tuition is evaluated and set yearly by the CRSSO Board of Directors and approved by the school membership.

2025-2026 Tuition

1. Kindergarten (SK): 4 days a week
● $950 per month (July - June) per family


2. Grades 1-8: 4 days a week
● $1175 per month (July - June) per family


If you also have children enrolled in Redeemer Christian High School your ACS tuition costs will be reduced by 25%.

New Families

In addition to tuition fees there is a pre-enrollment fee of $4200. This fee is equal to the amount that general members, without children at ACS, pay each year to help maintain our family-based tuition model. (The total fee is not required of families who have previously supported Reformed Christian education in other locations.)  For new families, this will be a one-time fee over and above the regular tuition rates. This
pre-enrollment fee helps fund on-going and capital costs and reflects our shared responsibility to sustain the school, not only for our own children, but for the generations that follow.

This pre-enrollment fee can be paid in the following ways:
1. $350 per month (July - June) in the 12 months preceding the enrollment date, OR
2. $1000 prior to July of the enrollment year followed by an approved payment plan to pay the balance over the following 2 years.

Ambassadors Christian School is recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency as a registered charity. A portion of the tuition fees are deemed a donation which is tax-deductible. This amount is dependent on the number of children from your family enrolled at ACS. 100% of the pre-enrollment fee is tax-deductible.

How to Apply

We are excited that you are considering Ambassadors Christian School for your child's education. Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your child and your family better, so that we can determine if we are a good fit for each other. To start the process, please fill out our online application form and submit the required documents. We will then contact you to schedule a tour and an interview with our principal.
